COMUNICAZIONE ALLA SOCIETA’ SPORTING CLUB PISTOIESE
In seguito agli scontri avvenuti al di fuori del comunale di Agliana al termine della partita di Mercoledì 09 Novembre 2011 ed in seguito a immagini acquisite di tali disordini da parte della questura competente siamo a comunicarVi quanto stabilito dal Prefetto, visto anche il diniego assoluto fatto pervenire presso la Vostra sede 24 ore prima dell’inizio del match ove Vi obbligavamo per motivi di ordine pubblico di vietare la trasferta alle Vostre fronde di Ultras. Per tali motivi Vi riconosciamo oggettivamente responsabili dell’accaduto. In virtù di ciò, visti i provvedimenti da Voi non presi, la Società Sporting Club Pistoiese verrà multata per un importo di E. 1.500,00 dovuti al comune di Agliana a titolo di risarcimento danni. Nel caso in cui nel corso dell’anno si ripetano, anche per una sola volta, da parte di Vs tifosi manifestazioni di esplicita violenza immotivata le sanzioni civili saranno accompagnate da provvedimenti disciplinari e dalla radiazione della Società da qualsiasi lega di campionati dilettanti.
In virtù delle immagini il Prefetto ha emesso i seguenti provvedimenti nei confronti dei soggetti riconosciuti dalle telecamere a circuito chiuso.

la Busa (Federica): Divieto di seguire la squadra in casa e fuori per 3 mesi dalla data del provvedimento – obbligo di firma presso la questura competente nei giorni in cui la squadra gioca – denuncia penale presso le autorità competenti per danni arrecati a cose o persone.
la Spallina (Elisa): Divieto di seguire la squadra in casa e fuori per 3 mesi dalla data del provvedimento – obbligo di firma presso la questura competente nei giorni in cui la squadra gioca – denuncia penale presso le autorità competenti per danni arrecati a cose o persone
la Puccia (Michela): Divieto di seguire la squadra in casa e fuori per 3 mesi dalla data del provvedimento – obbligo di firma presso la questura competente nei giorni in cui la squadra gioca – denuncia penale presso le autorità competenti per danni arrecati a cose o persone
